The Broker — What It Is
TabTrade.com opened in March 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection tells you something. It suggests the person running this has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. Still better than a founder with no industry background.
The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities institutional desks use. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Unusual for a new broker.
Market coverage: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For something that is a few months old, the breadth is broad.
What You Trade On
Available: MT5, cTrader, and web trading. Both platforms from one account. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Getting both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.
MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is there for bots but needs the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView is reportedly coming. That would make the platform set once it is live.
What You Pay
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your real cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. This broker does not.
VIP account. $25k to open. FIX API, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not relevant to the average person. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.
Execution Speed
The execution is the thing Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. The average platform operate at 100ms to 300ms.
Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, it matters less. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Combine those fill times with the Edge account pricing and what you get is strong. Not many platforms in this bracket offer execution like this.
Regulation
Here is the part that requires honesty. Tab Trade is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.
But. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement is expensive. Scam brokers do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. This does not guarantee anything. It should inform your assessment.
The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether that is worth it is your call.
The Bonus
Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard sign-up bonus. You deposit, they top up your balance. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you commit.
